Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on May 9, 2023, found that Hospice Of Philadelphia, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state re-licensure survey conducted on February 21, 2023 through February 24, 2023, and off-site on March 3, 2023.
